Weddings

Are you planning that special wedding day?  Please let us help you make it the best day imaginable.  Our historic, 1930's industrial warehouse is nestled in the small town of Oakdale, PA, just 25 minutes outside of Pittsburgh and shows its history in all of the elements that make the warehouse so special. 

 

From its 20 ton overhead crane to the rusty, chippy green steel columns and beautiful warehouse windows, our industrial wedding venue is the perfect setting for any gathering!  We offer custom built harvest farm tables, wooden folding chairs, vintage furniture and more. 

 

We can accommodate up to 350 people and even have a 1978 Ford F250 pickup truck for that special picture or two (you Chevy and Dodge lovers might just have to suck it up for a day)!

Kinsey Events Warehouse wedding pricing includes:

  • The pricing includes parking attendants for the parking lot.

  • Outdoor lounge seating area for 10-15 people. 

  • One venue manager on-site for the entire event

  • Vendors can start arriving at 12pm 

  • We do a 7 hour time frame from the time you start your ceremony until the end of your reception with a 30 minute last call for the bar.

  • One-hour rehearsals are available by appointment on Friday mornings and weekdays leading up to the event.

  • We include our bridal suite for you and your bridesmaids to get ready in starting at 10am on the day of your event.  Each additional hour earlier will be an additional $100/hour with the earliest being 8am.

  • 3 ceremony location options on site with one of the options being an outdoor ceremony.

  • We require each couple to have a professional day-of-wedding coordinator.  This does not include a family member or a friend. 

  • Set up of ceremony and reception tables and chairs prior to your arrival 

  • 28 Custom-built harvest tables, 4 six foot round banquet tables & 5 five foot round banquet tables

  • 450 vintage wooden folding chairs

  • Vintage industrial carts and workbenches for food service or other use

  • 10 sets of Industrial pub height tables and stools to use for cocktail hour.

  • Several vintage upholstered sofas and chairs to choose from.

  • We also have a constant revolving stash of antiques, vintage furniture and accessories. All vintage accessories, such as rugs, mirrors, candlesticks, glass cylinder vases with candles, architectural items, etc. are included in the rental.

  • Pricing does not include applicable taxes.

  • Special event insurance is also required. We can provide a link for you to purchase.

Friday Pricing

  • up to 200 guests is $8,150

  • over 200 and up to 300 guests is $9,150

Saturday Pricing

  • up to 200 guests is $9,150 

  • over 200 and up to 300 guests is $10,150

  • pricing over 300 guests upon request

Sunday Pricing

  • up to 200 guests is $7,850 

  • over 200 and up to 300 guests is $8,850

December-March Weddings

  • Ceremony/Reception up to 120 guests package is $6,650
    For winter weddings, we offer Friday/Saturday rentals. We allow for setup on Friday from 10-2, start time of 12pm for vendors to arrive, and hold the ceremony/reception on Saturday. We offer 7 hours from the start of your ceremony to the end of your reception with 11pm being the latest end time.

A La Carte Add-Ons

  • Vintage colored and/or clear water goblets $2/glass

  • If we have not booked an event the day before your event, you have the option to add on the day before for 4 hours for setup/decorating/rehearsal for an additional $1,000

  • $100/hour for use of the bridal suite earlier than 10am with the earliest being 8am.
