Are you planning that special wedding day?  Let us help you make it the best day imaginable.  Our historic, 1930's industrial warehouse is nestled in the small town of Oakdale, PA, just 25 minutes outside of Pittsburgh and shows its history in all of the elements that make the warehouse so special. 

 

The industrial vibe of the warehouse comes from all of the original elements such as, its 20 ton overhead crane to its rusty, chippy green steel columns and beautiful steel, architectural windows.  The 10,000 sq.ft. of space our industrial wedding venue offers is perfectly setup with 3 options for your ceremony, including an outdoor option, a separate bar area, reception space, and cocktail hour area.  All of this is topped off with custom built harvest tables, vintage wooden folding chairs, vintage furnishings, of course the string lights, and more.  

Your event is completely customized by the vendors that you choose.

We can accommodate up to 300 people and even have a red, 1978 Ford F250 pickup truck for that special picture or two!

What we offer!​

  • Your weekend rental includes your ceremony and reception.

  • A gorgeous, brand new, stone patio complete with gas firepit, string lights & built in seating!

  • A brand 'new' salvaged window greenhouse great for pictures and private moments for our couples.

  • A brand 'new' vintage camper turned groom's hangout.

  • Parking attendants for the parking lot.

  • One venue manager on-site for the entire event

  • We include 4 hours of time on Friday, for a Saturday event, for you to setup for your event.  We set up the tables, chairs, ceremony space and you come in and decorate! The setup time is 10-2 on Friday.

  • We also allow for one hour of time, finished by noon, on Sunday to come back and collect your decorations, food, and alcohol. 

  • One-hour rehearsals are available by appointment.

  • We include our bridal suite for you and your bridesmaids to get ready in starting at 10am on the day of your event.  Each additional hour earlier will be an additional $100/hour with the earliest being 8am.

  • 3 ceremony location options on site with one of the options being an outdoor ceremony.

  • We require our couples to have a professional day-of-wedding coordinator.  This does not include a family member or a friend.

  • Custom-built harvest tables & vintage wooden folding chairs

  • Pet-friendly

  • Vintage industrial carts and workbenches for cookie table, cards and gifts and food service.

  • 10 sets of Industrial pub height tables and stools to use for cocktail hour.

  • Several vintage & modern upholstered sofas and chairs to choose from.

  • We also have a constant revolving stash of antiques, vintage furniture and accessories. All vintage accessories, such as rugs, mirrors, 125 antique brass candlesticks with flameless candles, 150 or so glass cylinder vases, etc. are included in the rental.

A La Carte Add-Ons

  • Vintage colored and/or clear water goblets.

  • If we have not booked an event the day before your event, you have the option to add on the day before for 3 hours for setup/decorating/rehearsal.​

  • Early use of the bridal suite.
